Philip Ardagh

Why should all the fun of a Mad Hatter’s Tea Party be just for children at this year’s Festival? We will be hosting Afternoon Tea in Wonderland with the ever-entertaining Philip Ardagh, who has recently written the introduction to a new edition of Lewis Carroll’s Alice through the Looking Glass and will be joining us for tea to highlight the importance of food in Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.

Catch the Festival’s wonderful artists and illustrators in action as they draw live throughout Friday and Saturday, creating works of art before your eyes.

Also, look out for the artwork by schools who attend Education Day. Drawings By Me have generously donated materials for these schools to create their own Live Art during their visit. Don’t miss it!
