Ibrahim Nasrallah has published 14 poetry collections, 16 novels, and numerous others books. Several of his books have been translated into English.
He has won nine prizes, among them the prestigious Sultan Owais Literary Award for Poetry. His Prairies of Fever was in the Guardian’s list of 10 most important novels written about the Arab world.
Three of his novels have been listed on the International Prize for Arab Fiction.
In January 2014, Nasrallah summited Mount Kilimanjaro in support of a Palestinian NGO. He recorded the journey in his Katara Prize-winning novel The Spirits of Kilimanjaro.
His latest book, Dog War II, is the first of his novels to be set in the future.
