Hananah Zaheer

Hananah Zaheer is a short story writer. Her work has appeared in several literary magazines and journals.

She was a finalist for the Doris Betts Fiction prize 2014, received a fellowship from the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts and was a Pushcart Nominee. Zaheer has a Master of Fine Arts, Creative Writing degree from University of Maryland and has taught writing at various universities for 12 years. Zaheer is a co-founder of #MTGcollective. She also serves as Fiction Editor for Four Way Review and Potomac Review.

She currently lives in Dubai where she teaches writing workshop and improvises theater and life.
