Administrator/Website Content/Event Coordinator
This is an exciting role for an Admin/Web Content/Event Coordinator to work with the project management team providing effective administrative support to the team across all events as required.
This role involves coordination with management and engage in planning according to the needs of the team. The role involves setting up meetings, making travel arrangement, website updates, liaise with internal and external stake holders for their requirements. Provide assistant with reports as required by the team and ensuring accuracy of data.
The ideal candidate has the interpersonal skills, Admin/Web Content/Event Coordination experience. Experience in working with Fairs & Festivals is highly desirable, thorough working knowledge of Microsoft office. Excellent customer service skills, ability to work independently and to enjoy working as a member of a team. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Good personal organization and ability to handle more than one project at a time. Attention to details and pride in accuracy.
